Most are bad, but I am a big fan of the Amazing Race. It challenges its contestants physically and mentally and also tests alot of real world skills like, like following a map, communicating with people in other languages, driving stick shift, navigating airports, etc. I think shows like that are in a different category than the shows that suck, like Deal or no Deal, which requires no skill, just luck and greed.

Max raises hand! The only "reality" shows I watch are AI, because I like music and occasionally it actually has some, and the news.

ME!! I hate them all! Survivor, The Bachelor[ette], the Amazing Race, I love New York, and even shows like Deal or No Deal and Are you smarter than a 5th grader are ones we can live without.

although i do like American Idol, and so you think you can dance, but that's it.
