anyone else have this carrier? i can;t seem to get the headrest low enough. i want to have baby in the front position facing out. When i put him in the head rest is cover his chin. and hes 26.5 inches long so i know i;m doing something wrong

I have that brand too. What you have to do is adjust the straps and fold the head rest down

I had this problem too. If I remember right, I had to adjust the snaps that determine where the leg holes for the baby are and then fold down the headrest outward. I had to make it so the baby was higher up in the carrier.I hope that makes sense. Good luck.

When I used a snugli with my first daughter, they didn't have the one's that you could turn them around in...but with the other two, they did. What you have to do is FOLD the head rest down and fasten the clips in that way.....Some come with two sets of straps and some don't, but you have to make sure that it's folded properly.

I had the same problem also. We folded the headrest inside the snugli.
