We travel quite a bit and just returned from Florida. I could not use my cell phone inside. I had to step outside. Is there a better cell phone for me?

if that is where your bill is being sent to and there is no service there you can call customer service and tell them this. they will do a bit of investigating but if they see there is no service there they will let you out of your contract with no termination fee!!

Yes, there are better plans out there for your phone if you stayed in Florida then I would say go with Metro Pcs. but since you travel I would go with something like T-mobile.

Check to see who has the best coverage in your area.
