I have heard about anger management training. I bet it could help. Anti-depressants help and some other meds. Usually a combination of counseling and meds can help women. I do those things, too, but in response to abuse.

wen u get mad take a deep breath in nd calm down nd walk away frm everyone or da situation nd go listen to some music or talk to someone about it to help calm u..or go see a pyscologist

talk about ur poblems.. think about ur actions and say to ur self .. what wil throwing do.. i mean ull just have to clean it up any way... try medatating i know it sounds super corny or try geting a pyscholotrist :) i bet they would help alot!! hopefully ..
