Would flyspray kill a tiny mouse?

i've got a teeny weeny mouse living in my house. i've got no rat poison or mouse traps.
i came home from work tonight and i got the little guy cornered then he runs behind a cabinet attached to the wall.
i gave him a good dose of fly spray and i hope it does the job because he is the size of a peanut and can go anywhere and i want him dead.

just hope that the spray doesn't mutate him into a rat the size of a german shephard!...then who you gonna call??..
