ive been on t-mobile since september and i already had a phone which wasnt t-mobile it was just a nokia phone
and all i did is put a sim card in it and it worked
i want to buy the new IPHONE it comes out in june
and it is cingular
so i want to switch
but that means im breaking my contract.
what happen if i do?
and if i do switch do i get keep my number if i want??

you will have to talk to cingular first to have your # ported over to them, and then your t-mobile account will automatically cancel resulting in a $200 termination fee. but there is this really cool website i just fould where you put your account on kinda like an auction and someone assumes the liability over your account and you dont have to pay the termination fee! try it!!

You can port your phone number to Cingular. T-Mobile will charge you $200 for breaking the contract.
