Yes. At the time I thought it was a good dream, but it turned out it was a nightmare. I married it in reality. I should have waited to the end of the dream before waking up to find out it was really a nightmare.

The one nightmare I remember so clearly (and still do!) was when I was 6 years old, the night before Christmas. Thankfully, nope. Never turned to reality!!

Like the one where I dreamt that I ran out of money and had to move back in with my parents and they really put me down about the decisions I made in Florida. It became a reality today.

Yes.... I had fallen asleep in school and I dreamed that an ambulance was at my dad's house, and then during lunch (in reality) my grandmother who worked in the high school came and told me my dad had passed away. It has been almost 6 years ago.

None. Nightmares are your subconscious' defensive mechanism to prepare yourself / brace yourself for the worst. Once so prepared, your defenses are shored up already.
