You should look into applying at your local Adult/Juvenile Justice Center. There are such positions like Probation Officer, Truancy Officer that would probably be great for you.

With a BS in Human Services/Management, you should be able to find something with your local United Family Service Agency and/or the Department of Health and Human Services.
