It ain`t necessarily so. Men are great in the kitchen, as dancers or interior designers, and the finest knitwear is produced by a man. Conversely Women play Cricket and Football, make excellent GP`s,drink beer, and swear. This is a case of `horses for courses`, as it is impossible to generalise.

Because we are living in a messed up world. If a man is promiscuous he is a "player" and if a girl is promiscuous, she is a "****". Double standards exist all over the place.

The best I can say is this -- when you have YOUR kids (if you don't have any already), don't be afraid to let your son play with dolls if he wants. Likewise, don't be afraid to let your daughter play with hot wheels.

Because in the case of girls, engaging in such activities shows power but when it comes to boys it's a sign of weakness. And the reason it's so fascinating is because they have the courage to do things that are totally outside their delicate feminine nature.

Has it changed? I was a little girl that loved sports and that didn't go over too well. By high school I got accused of being a lesbian. It is a huge problem and I believe it to be a factor in causing people to turn gay. It did it to me for awhile. I do wish that we could just allow people to like what they want to like. If a boy likes dance or fashion etc... let him . If a girl likes sports... let her. Quit labeling and stereotyping, live and let live.

Because people are scared their little boys will become gay!! I find it quite funny that people who think that a boy playing with a doll or liking pink will become gay
