There are many different types of biscuits. Some are plain, and are great to use with coffee or tea at breatfast time. Others are perfect for tea time, in the afternoon. They are sweet and might be filled with fruit. Just the thing for a quick pick up in midday.
Steps

1. Cook your biscuit. Make sure it's done, but not burned.
2. Split your biscuit in the center with a with a butter knife. Make sure you do not break the biscuit.
3. Spread butter, jelly, or any other of your favorite condiments in the middle.
4. Close the biscuit.
5. Enjoy with coffee, tea or milk.


Tips

* It is best to enjoy the biscuit while it is still warm.
* This is a great treat for afternoon tea.

* Never eat a cold biscuit.
