I have cheat codes but at th bottem it always says all objects require cheat gnome...what is that how do i get it?

You have to first pause game and enter L1 R1 Up X R2 to unlock the cheat gnome and then you can use the other cheats

The cheat gnome is what you click on to get what you want, like money or objects. It'll show up near your mailbox when you enter this cheat:
L1, R1, Up, X, R2
