for me, i think it's the greatest movie of the 21th century. based on myth and history, this movie brought the inner man in me out. it's great for the strong and the powerful.
you have to see it if you haven't. also, there is propaganda behind it. just think about the "war in iraq"

Personally I thought it was a great movie. I'm not about to compare it to the war in Iraq because I don't feel there was any comparison to begin with.

it is an incredible movie but a sad one too. i made up a poem for the main character.
like the wind before him blew
like the bravery he have shown
his time would soon be gone
but his legacy would remain.

except that it wasnt bush or cheney leading our armies into combat
any war movie brings out exhiliration... but dont forget it was just a pro-greek gorefest (with nice visuals)
