Use Oxyclean to hand wash or machine wash them it gets the smell out of anything.

I would say to, hand clean them in light soapy solution, then plce in dryer with a good smelling dryersheet, turn dryer on air dry, that should help.

take them to the dry cleaners. You cant wash neckties. You might want to try hanging them outside to see if they will air out but if that wont do it then the dry cleaners is what you'll have to do.
