sure-it's the same as a credit card. If the room rates are high, they might place a hold of a certain amount on your card...The $$ has got to be there.

I have checked in using a debit card butthey tooka bout $300 as a hold or any thing I spentin the hotel. This was not credited back to my account until about 6 days after we checked out. I thik you can leave a cash depositinstead that you will getback when you check out and if you can do this I can see no reason (but dont know for sure) why you can not use a pre payed if you leave a cash deposit.

Las Vegas wants your money so they will take it in any form you want to give. They will take credit cards, debit cards (they are used same as credit cards) travelers checks and even cash.

Yes you can. Just remember it is harder to dispute a charge with a debit card than a credit card.

you can use your debit card as long as it sports the VISA or MASTERCARD logo As far as a debit card itself it has to run thru the PULSE debit card network

As others have told you yes, you may. It has to have the Visa/Mastercard logo on it. They typically hold $100 on your card for incidentals.
