what's the better basketball movie of these two. I don't want comments on Hoosiers, He got Game, the Fish that saved pittsburgh, fast break, space jam, love and basketball or teen wolf

Above the Rim was the best one because it was more believable (plus it starred my favorite rapper, Tupac) and had a more credible cast. Don't get me wrong, I loved White Men Can't Jump, but there was only so far that movie could take you in terms of excitement.

white man can jump b/c it brought out a lot of stereotypes when playing hoops: white dudes w/ no hops, white guys can only shoot, blacks care about looking good on the court first and then winning, etc. plus u gotta love it when people get hustled.
i remembered above the rim...it put me to sleep when i was watching it though.
