Or the interpretation is the way to know the lie?

All truth is relative to perspective.

You look at something from a single perspective, see part of it, and you can be truthful regarding that part. But if you look from a different viewpoint, you see different parts, and suddenly the truth is different.

Until you have seen all sides of an issue, there is no single truth. And even then, few truths are objective. Most are dependent upon culture and belief.

TRUTH IS TRUTH. IT CANT BE ADDED TO OR TAKEN AWAY FROM, AND IF IT IS, IT THEN COULD BECOME AN UNTRUTH, OR A LIE. IT CANT BE INTERPRETED DIFFERENTLY.
TRUTH ONLY REFERS TO REALITY, OR THE ACTUAL STATE OF SOMETHING.
FOR EXAMPLE, THE MOON IS A TRUE DISTANCE FROM THE EARTH. YOU WOULD HAVE TO KNOW THIS DISTANCE IN ORDER TO TRAVEL THERE. YOU CANT "INTERPRET" THE DISTANCE DIFFERRENTLY IF YOU ARE USING THE SAME INFORMATION TO REACH THE EXACT FIGURE, IF YOU DID, YOU MIGHT BE IN SEVERE TROUBLE!

The truth can be spun in different ways away from the truth. The truth always stays the same.

Yes. It's like Obi Wan says to Luke in Return of the Jedi: Often things depend on our point of view.

There are always at least two sides to every story. Or as my old boss loved to say about construction: " There's the right way, the wrong way, and my way. We'll do it my way."
