are you looking for the song? cause it's called "Fire of Unknown Origin" by Blue Oyster Cult...and the episode is called Hell House :)

The episode where Dean and Sam play pranks on each other is called "Hell House". The episode where the dad, John, says "Get your brother outside as fast as you can, now Dean go!" is the Pilot episode but they do play that clip at the beginning recap of a bunch of episodes. :)
