Yes hes gay & he wants to find out if you are, hes scarred to come out to you and his other friends.
Be a friend & help him out, dont reject him thats the worst feeling in the world, if you like him or fancy him or you think you might be gay too.
Take him up on his offer and you can both find out together.

With only these meager signs, I don't blame you that you are not able to know whether your friend is gay or not! All I can say to you is: DUH, DUH, and another DUH, (do you want him to grab your penis to convince you that he is GAY?)

I think he is gay and if he knows you aren't and is behaving like this to you he is well out of order! I would just ask him if he is and tell him your not interested and if he doesn't stop tell him where to go (to fu*k)!!
