Photoshop isn't distributed for free, but most people's needs can be met by free software such as the GNU Image Manipulation Program (http://www.gimp.org/ ) or Paint.NET (http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html )

You do realized that Photoshop is a licensed program so you need to pay for it?? Downloading it from limewire is illegal.

Ya get limewire, then download adobe photoshop of that, that program is sick it's what the proffesionals use.
