There are 4 buttons on the rear view mirror. 1 of them is to turn the auto dimming off and on. Then there is one button for OnStar and an emergency button. What is the last button for. It just has a dot on it and when you press it,it asks for a command. I would like to know what this button does.

You can set it up so you can use a cell phone through onstar. You use that button to tell it the phone number you want to call.

I am taking a complete stab in the dark here because I am not familiar with the car itself, but if I had to guess it would be to polarize your rear view mirror so at night it doesn't reflect light as much so you can still see out of your mirror if someones headlights are shining into your rear view. Good luck finding out for sure!
