It's impossible.
They don't allow their songs to be used for advertising.

Sorry... Nike used Revolution. Paul McCartney once advised Micheal Jackson, that a good way to make $ was to buy the rights to composers songs. Jackson took McCartney's advise ... & bought almost all of Apple Records. McCartney is slowly buying them back, due to the fact that Jackson needs $ for lawyers. Marie

There is no standard amount. These rights were purchased by Michael Jackson a few years back, and if he still holds them, you will have to negotiate directly. He might not be interesed in a "cash" deal.
