Well I never knew wheelbarrows had inner tubes!!
I would try your local cycle shop.
They must mend bicycles with small wheels, so I reckon that's your best bet.

With one wheel you could pass into narrower places like backyard patches. 2 wheels are ultimate for heavy plenty. in case you would be hauling stuff up and down the hills then you definately are possibly extra desirable off with the two wheel sort.

I would be inclined to try Mole Valley Farmers or a tyre company.
