John Kerry will be whatever he thinks he should be at any given moment. Or, what Theresa tells him to be.

Well I guess we need to do a pre emptive strike against Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Russia, well hell the whole world hates us. Maybe we should just blow up the world before some terrorist invades are country and conquers the best military in the world and takes over the country. sarcasm

Kerry has never been in favor of terrorists murdering Ameriicans (or anyone else), thus, it's not a flip flop.
(BTW, Bush is a much flip-flopier guy than Kerry, or anyone else.)
Bush went after the wrong guy, and STILL hasn't gone after the culprit of the attack we did have.
But he has swelled the ranks of Bin Laden's allies -- if you consider that a good thing.

What Bush did in Iraq was not a "pre-emptive" strike. There is absolutely no evidence that Saddam was going to attack us and no WMD's. Been watching Fox again?

That would be nothing new. Next he'll say he didn't mean to agree with Bush.
Just as Hilary is now saying she didn't vote FOR war....
