Is this a new tank or was it just set up a week ago? If so my first thought is ammonia or nitrite poisoning. Even if not, that can still happen in a tank. Test the water or have it tested for ammonia and nitrites. In the mean time do about a 50% water change to reduce the amount of these waste products in the water.

get your water checked out most probably your ph is high, most good aquarium shops will test your water for free and offer their advice. Regarding your molly getting black spots, as long as they are spots and not some kind of parasite if they are parasites then they will be moving, then are you sure your molly isnt a dalmation molly and its just getting its spots? I know it sounds strange but they do get their spots just like dogs. but get your water checked out because if its a new tank then your water will most probably be a problem.

as above and i would say stop feeding for a couple of days.especially being a fresh tank, check the water quality for sure, if you dont have a test kit take some to your fish shop and they will test it for you
