if you said security that is bull, while she is gone with her john anything could happen, the pimp usually collects 100% of the money and never is around, so how is this beneficial to her, i understand working for a call company or something but a pimp i fail to understand

Seriously though,
Quite often the relationship between pimp and prostitute is in the making long before the girl (& guy for that matter) realise. In the beginning a pimp is simply a 'nice' guy helping a girl during times of duress - usually new girls who find themselves out on the street with no place to go. He might provide her a place to stay, getting her off the street, buying her a warm jacket, or something nice.
They prey on these destitute women, and cloud them into thinking these men are their Knight in Shining armour, the only one who helped them. Drugs play a big part in distorting reality too. The guy will provide them with 'something' that takes their pain away, makes them forget their problems which drew them to the street in the first place.
Before long, but in calculated time, the girl finds herself in compromising situations she would perhaps otherwise refuse. But by this stage, she almost believes herself that she does 'owe' this guy a little favour. Considering all he has done for her.
So she has sex with a few of his people/friends etc like he asks. The drugs make it a blur anyway.
Sometimes girls dont even realise a money transaction between the men has taken place. She just thinks his friends are hot for her.
Oer times the pimp/dude will pretend he is in a jam and desperately need money fast. This false act provides the perfect backdrop for the girl to spring into action and do what she can to help out her guy - just like he had helped her so many times. If 200 bucks is made from 15 minutes of sex, sometimes the pimp will put in 300 or so of his own cash so the girl is in a state of disbelief at how easy that was to make $500 buck.
There you have it.
Most girls dont benefit nor necesarily desire to work for a pimp. They know that. But their pimp makes sure the girls learn that as bad as they think they have it working for a pimp, it will be worse to try and break free of one.

Pimps are parasitic leeches making money from turning out girls for tricks.
It repulses me how the media glorifies the pimp as being a cool dude surrounded by the honeys.

A pimp is a poor excuse for a man. So undesirable and repulsive to women, he needs to both physically beat them and drug them to keeep them around him.

They are their dealers (most prostitutes have severe drug addictions; often caused by the pimp himself), and also the prostitute risks being killed by him/his 'crew', if she tried to run away. The dealers keep them so addled with drugs that they either don't want to get away or they wouldn't know how.
