I really don't want to reset it, but should linksys have this on file so I don't have to reset it all? IS there a way to do this.

they usually store settings like that on the status page of the router, but you need to log in to access it. try logging it (the page is just the ip address of the router), and if it doesnt work than just reset

What's the model of the router?

There might be a reset button on the router itself, on the back or the bottom somewhere.

If you find it, press+hold it for a few seconds, then try to login with the default login+password


Linksys wouldn't have your username and password, since it was assigned locally on the router, not on a Linksys databse

push the little button on the back of it and reset it , the default user name and password are ADMIN for both

no way can it be obtained if u have changed from the default u/name and p/word to something else, better reset it.
