Seriously take an old toothbrush and put some bleach in a small container, I use an old face cream container with a screw on lid, (no worries about it spilling), wet the spot with water, dip your toothbrush in the bleach and scrub the stain, it should come right out. If the undies are colorful then do the same thing with some stain remover or laundry det. and scrub lightly. I had day care for years and this works.
