start with 50 and work your way up to 300 in increments of 50. 50 for 4 days then 100 for 4 days and so on.

How much do you weigh? If you're overweight, then you should probably do cardio 5 or 6 times a week for 30 minutes or more, and maybe 60 GOOD crunches 4 or 5 times a week, in addition to weigthlifting, which will tone your muscles. If your small, then add protein to your diet, and add weightlifting to your routine, maybe 80 GOOD crunches 5 times a week. But don't forget to do cardio! Cardio 4 times a week for at least 30 minutes should keep you healthy. Once you get your desired 6-pack, don't slack off completely! You should still do ab work at least 3 times a week to maintain a strong core. Weightlifting and cardio at least 3 times a week each should aslo keep you in shape. Just remember, there's no shortcut to a great body-Only good old diet and exercise!

The most your body can do, and try to increase that limit. If you really want a 6 pack, putting a limit will only stop you from reaching that goal.

Ideally, you'd like to hit 200 crunches as you get in shape.

six packs have little to do with how many crunches in my opion. it has to do with body fat less body fat over ur stomach better visibilty for ur 6pack. As far as crunches to 50 really fast then some six inches and the keep repeating for aslong and fast as you can as long as u feel it in the morn its good.

doo 1000 a night and you will have it in a week. it only takes about an hour if you take breaks in between. Also if you don't have that kind of time you can do 250 every morning and then 250 before you go to bed. It helps you wake up in the morning. This will take longer to get it though.

Do enough untill it hurts, stop, then repeat for like 3 times. Do this at least three times a week, by the way check this page;
