you need to get a divorce before you start dating other women. it is ok to talk to other women and explain your situation but you shouldn't do anything more than that until you are officially out of the relationship.

Not a separate site, but there are filters on POF that you can use to find people in that situation. I think personally you are better off to get out of the situation instead of cheating. But that is your choice.
