Grizzly, understand, is strictly a western state tradition so if we must combine it with hillbilly and redneck the state at issue must be west of the Mississippi River. Hillbilly is by previous tradition applied to folks from hill country and originally that of Appalachia. Redneck is an application to those weathered by adversity, cultural attachment, with usual southron and rust belt state departures. States my opinion connects are Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Utah.
