I hate to say this, and hopefully it's not the case, but your symptoms could indicate an ectopic pregnancy. Or you could have a stomach virus or food poisoning that has nothing to do with the spotting. Take a home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant, and if you don't feel better soon it's best to get checked. Good Luck, I'll hope that you are pregnant and that the vomiting and cramping is just a short stomach virus!

Not necessarily. Could be stress, could be the flu, could be something you ate the day before that'd bring on vomiting. However, that being said, there's a chance you definitely could be pregnant. But, spotting is absolutely normal, so go to doctor and get a test done. Good luck!!

have you had unprotected sex? have you thrown up more than once? try taking some advil for the pains of cramping and try to relax maybe lie down. this doesnt necessarily mean you are pregnant. how old are you? take a pg test and if it is negative take another one in a week. if you keep throwing up id suggest you go to the hospital or doctor at the least. good luck and feel better.

Not necessarily. It could mean a number of things including the onset of your period. I know women who expierenced vomiting and horrible cramps in their teens and twenties at the onset of their periods. However if you've had unprotected sex you might want to take a pregnancy test...or see a doctor just to be sure.
