Without a test or ultrasound, the only sure way of knowing is delivering a baby. Although there are other early symptoms of pregnancy, they can all be because of other conditions also. Buy a home pregnancy test or see your doctor.

I understand if you don't want to get a test... So... The common symptoms of pregnancy are... Tender breasts, lack of period, increase in appetite, increase in urination, fatigue, darkening of areoleas, nausea, food cravings... The one I experienced right away was fatigue... I felt so tired, all the time. Good luck.

chart your temps and if they stay raised for 10-12 days past when your period was due, then that's a pretty good sign

Wait for couple of months and you should get a big bump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
