well don't give her nothing.....then when the baby is born, make sure that you have a paternity test done to make sure it is your baby. If you have done nothing wrong, and are a good upstanding citizen....no drugs, alcohol, criminal record, wild friends and so fourth....then I would say to find a lawyer after paternity has been established.....you pay for the test, since your are the one asking to be proven the father. Anyway if the child turns out to be yours then yes, you do have responsibilities to him/her. You will needs a lawyer to help you come up with an agreement of price.....and always keep this in the back of your mind as well.....every so many years, she will ask for an increase in the amt. of child support and more than likely get it. but also for this child support, you get either joint custody, and or visitations on weekends, and holidays....now remember this.....should this child reside with its mother for the majority of the time.....then unless the child wants it any other way.....allow the child to stay home with its mother.....that is where he/she will call home.

best of luck

Domestic relations....she can't keep your child from you. Domestic relations will put the child support order on you, tell you what you need to pay based on your salary etc. Then you go to court for custody. Depending on the situation, you can get joint custody, or at least partial where you have the baby everyother weekend, once a week and a few weeks in the summer. Don't let anyone threaten you with this. The legal way is the best way to deal with her. Everything will be on paper, and there isn't a thing she can do about it. Good luck! I think it's great you are a dad who wants to be in the picture! Don't let her keep you out of it!

First thing
- get a Lawyer
- DNA test to make sure the baby is yours
- If you are the father you have rights to the child.
- You get visitation
- The court system will say how much child support you must pay.
- Don't be a dummy and listen to her. Know your rights. Get a lawyer. But make sure the kid IS YOURS.

women do lie or may not ever know who the babys father is. Some try to hook the best guy they can sucker in. Don't be a sucker. Sorry to be mean.

HIre a Lawyer, go to court, get visitation or custody and settle the child support by court order. Shouldnt use a child as a pawn. Feel sorry for that baby, and he/she isne even born yet. What a life

Loads of what????

She can't play god with your baby, just take her to court, they will get you visiting rights

They won't even take into account how much money you are paying when accessing your rights, they are only interested in you having a relationship with your child......

But you should work out maintenance, the going rate in the UK is 80 per week if you have one child

you can take her to court and have a court order her to let you see the child, but you will have to pay child support also. as for the loads. I'm not sure but even with no child support she is breaking the law by keeping the child from you. you must stand up and support the child if it is yours and not just financially... get a court to order what that LOAD is and you don't have to give her any more than that.. have fun with your child

See a solicitor and apply for an acess order to see your child. She will have to comply with the court order, or she is in contempt of court. You can always sort money to support your child with the CSA. If you are of good character, she cannot refuse you to see your child or oppose any Court order.

These days there are so many ways of contraception. How is it possible that you are silly enough to have sex with someone who is so shallow and conniving? Please practice responsible sex. Children should not have to suffer because their parents are a pair of drop kicks. You need to resolve a joint care of the child. Use a lawyer if you must, but be sure your child does not suffer neglect.

First things first.....have her take a parternity test. Make sure the child is yours. That may hurt, but it is for YOUR protection. Then get a lawyer. You have rights. There is no way she can hold the child "hostage" for money.
