Probably been asked a bunch of times before but i'm a good looking guy, don't have problems with women and have the best girlfriend in the world but i have decided that i wish to get rid of my body hair (quite a problem for me as i'm quite hairy although not a gorilla) because i dont like the greasy sweaty feeling my skin has not matter how many times a day i shower. Have tried shaving it off but just grows back quickly, itches and is stubbly and veet for men gel is pretty much the same but its messy rather than itching.....what else would you suggest? Is waxing really as painful as people make out?

shaving makes the hair grow back thicker and quicker and waxing is just to painful to keep going through that over and over...so i suggest that you do the laser hair removal procedure, the procedure is a permanent way of getting the hair off your back...Just think, you would never have to worry about the hair on your back...a silky smooth back 4-ever,ever

Waxing is painful. there is no nice way of putting that!
I have my bikini line waxed once a month. It is sheer agony; it leaves me red and sore for days after. My sister is having body hair removed by laser; but it's slow and expensive. Waxing gives you a clean finish though.and every four to six weeks should be ok. The hair growth will eventually weaken too. Try using one those hair retardant lotions between waxings; Avon do one.

waxing is a strange sort of pain, I find its quite enjoyable really, it last seconds, and its so much better for your skin than shaving your body. The only parts that are really painful are underarms, which you'd probably not do anyway, and privates!! This is only from what I've been told by male friends, but back is fine, chest a little more painful, sack and crack! *&@^!!!painful!!

Hi!

Did you not see that fella on Graham Norton last night having a sack, back and crack done!!

It was THE funniest THING I have EVER seen on TV!!

By the way the fella was reacting, I'd say it was hurting him VERY much!!

If you think your hard enough, I'd say have a go!

Waxing is one of the best ways of removing hair and it takes much longer for the hair to grow back than using the other methods you mention.

Best of luck!!.

I tried one or two things. I think the best is waxing. It is quite sore but not as bad as you think. Also, the hair stays gone for quite a long time and when it grows back it's not as bad as it was before.

Try cold wax strips. You just have to rub them between your hands to warm them up slightly and then use them.

Waxing is the best way, i have plenty of male clients and yes it hurts but it's instant pain then gone just as quickly, it is not unbearable, once my clients have had a wax they always come back so brave it. you'll be pleased you did and whatever you do don't shave.

Waxing is painful but once you do it all the time you kind of get use to it.The pain is worth it in the end.I get a Brazilian wax and that's the most painful area.

It is quite painful, but you're a big strong guy, if you hate the feel of your hair so much, it'll be worth it. Not sure about having the bs&c done though. You might not be that brave!

I cannot see what the attraction of a man being shaven/waxed/hair free is, I much prefer a man to look like a man and not like some pre-pubescent nerd, hair is there because you have male hormones, be proud of your hair, it shows your hormones are firing right. I detest the feel of a bald sac and chest...gross....
