yes it is to much to ask for your life is of no worth rid the world of this problem YOU and be done with it .a nice life is before you and you do not see it when you are ready let the positive take over your mind and feed it well you well find that it well grow and the crap well shrink

It may be a lot to ask, if you are expecting life to be perfect. While life may not be good right now, if you are able to use the internet to answer questions, and pay rent, and read/write, things are probably not really that bad. Put it in perspective!

Life is Cruel. Simple as that. You may try to live as best as you could, but still you will find someone or something to ruin your life. What I do to keep myself happy: I keep my expectations low, but I still work hard. That way I wont get disappointed often, and feel more happy if I achieve something. I also take life as a joke as much as I can. Take nothing too serious IMO. Think positvely whenever you can and try to not focus on bad memories. Dont dream about what you cant get. Dream of what you can get and try to get it.

No, go for it. Just focus on what you want and don`t give any energy to what you don`t want. That means you have to work your way out of allowing negative beliefs, habits, and thoughts and substitute them for positive ones. You also have to focus on the positive ones and even use creative imagination to determine what you want at any given time in as much detail as possible.
