pop ups help?

i have pop ups galore on my internt explorer. I have spysweeper but it doent help with thos. What can i do

Google toolbar blocks them

If using Internet Explorer and Windows...
Go to control panel
go to Internet options
go to the security tab security.
scroll down to the bottom and disable all java
they are the 3 buttons almost at the bottom of the page
