With such a large population and having love with cricket, then we are not able to find perfect allrounders for benift of Indian cricket?

Its not easy to be a world class all rounder. One has to work twice more. Indian cricket is organized in much more old style where specilist circketers are valued more.

Lack of picking talented lads from schools and lack proper plan of developing a potential allrounder in to an actual one!!

if put nothing but all rounders on the team, WHO HAVE TO BE GOOD AT BOWLING AND BATTING, then you're not gonna find players who are GREAT AT BOWLING or players who are GREAT AT BATTING...all rounders are an asset but too many of them on one team can bring imbalance to the team....great bastmen who are part time bowlers are alright and unhittable bowlers who can provide some explosive hitting at the bottom of the lineup are good to have, but you'd rather have the majority of your players who are focused and GREAT at one aspect of the game...bowling or batting. 2 all rounders is a minimum for a basic team but I wouldn't want more than 4 on the team

may be due to some kind of personalproblems and soscial issues. more over there is a pressure on the cricketers to win . it is may be from there family or coach or fans.

yes very true after shastri,kapil and madan lal no one qualifies as an allrounder .this need to be worked on

No many players is good so confuse to pick on to cup. so.... my dear friend. i am Indian too.I am sure you no Indian.
