No, beauty queens want what will win them the pageant!

just as much as other people want it; but we all know that they say it just because they want to win.
anyway i would never vote for any contestant who says "i want world peace" as i think this is the most hackneyed phrase on a beauty pageant and i would vote for someone who tells us something 'original' - apart from the fact that world peace would be a very important thing.

Doesn't everybody want world peace?? I think they do, but it's obvious they only say it to try and win the pageant..

Well it's true if they said, "i want to see the blood of children running in the streets", the probably wouldn't win the tiara and sash and all those baton twirling lessons were for nothing. But I prefer to take them at their word.
