ok yesterday my friend came over to play video games then right before he left my psp was missing form the spot my dad put it then he asks me if he can barrow a psp game and he DOSENT EVEN HAVE 1 and know i dont know what to do because he says he dosent have it but it isint in this house SHOULD I BELIEVE HIM ?

I wouldn't believe him but you can't let him know you don't believe him, you could investigate his house, or send in spy friends kinda undercover, you could get the police involved, maybe even as a scare tactic, if you have your box still, it will have a serial number which will match the system. Or you can forget about it, buy a new one and stop talking to the loser.
