As long as her doctor gives her "2 thumbs up" for travel, then she can go anytime she feels like it. I travelled all the time throughout both my pregnancies, starting within the first few weeks straight through to when I was over 2 weeks late. But, I did get doctor's permission first, and your aunt should too.

Typically I think it is not being able to fly after "36 weeks". But that would depend on the country's "rules", what type of plane, altitude etc. I am 28 weeks pregnant and I am currently living in Germany with my hubby because of the military. I recently had to fly back to Virginia for a family emergency. I am a "higher risk" pregnancy so my doctor told me not to fly after 28 weeks so I unfortunately had to come back home somewhat early. I think it is all dependent on your pregnancy and how you intend on travelling. She should call her doctor just to get a recommendation though...
Good luck

Past 36 weeks it is not recommended that a woman fly simply because her chance of labor or complications while in the air without proper medical staff aboard. Although driving and such is still fine. If she is not on bedrest and has the thumbs up from her OB she will probly be there. Don't expect to see her on any rides though, she can hold your stuff while you go though!

it is not safe if the first trimester. but in the second it should be fine. some airlines will not let a pregnant woman fly if she is as far away as 30 days from her due date. so i would say from 4 to 7 months, it should be fine. i dont see what the problem would be with that. i would ask the doctor just to be safe.

any time, but the closer yu get, 36 weeks+, the closer you stay to where your hospital is or birthing center.
if your gonna fly most airlines let you fly w/out a dr. note before 36 weeks and w/a note after 36 weeks.
i went to hawaii when i was 37 weeks
but she should speak with her doctor first.
especially if there are any complications with her pregnancy or she has a risk of premature labor.
always ask your dr. first

She can go to Disney but she more than likely wont be ale to get on any of the rides. Mainly to prvent preterm labor. Most of the signs on the rides state if you are pregnant don't ride.
