I used 192.168.0.10 from 192.168.15.1 because 192.168.0.X is my networks IP.

I have already tried resetting it but it still can't be accessed. I can't open 192.168.0.10 from IE

So what's setting the IP address on your computer (if you've switched off DHCP)? You need to set an IP address, and make sure the subnet makes sense for the computer/router.

Yep, just reset the router. That small hole usually behind it and near the power switch. Just use a small wire like paper clip to depress it, like 5-10 seconds.
