I ran a quick search for "dreams" and it found forty poems that met the criteria on Famous Poets, and more on the other site. I'm sure at least a couple would work for you!

Langston Hughes is a great poet who has written a couple of poems on dreams..."Dreams" "A Dream Deferred" "The Dream Keeper"
