Yes, you can get sick... the early signs of pregnancy are
Implantation Bleeding (slight spotting that's not your period)
Fatigue
Breast Tenderness
Darkening of the areolas
Nausea
Backaches
Headaches
Frequent urination
Food cravings
Lack of menstration
Now.. of course some women will only experience one or two, some may experience them all, and some may experience none.

Yes, you can get sick when you 1st become pregnant. I knew I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter before it would even show up on a test I was so sick. Some other signs that I've had were having to pee a lot and tender breasts! Best of luck!!!

Early signs of pregnancy can be morning sickness(day or night), mood swings, hot flashes, frequent urination and spotting when your period is not due.

My boobs were VERY, VERY sore 2 days after conception (I know this because I was charting). And I was extremely tired. Those were my earliest signs!
