pennies? uuum. well lets see. a penny saved is a penny earned. save your pennies for a rainy day. a penny in the the hand is a penny well earned, ok enough . if you have a small penis there is nothing wrong with that ( unless of course you are a black man ) work with what you have got and the ladies will be gratefull for the small pleasures you bring them . remember master the little things of life so that when the bigger things come along .......well you get the picture im straying here. thank God you have a penis that is 5.4 the fellow down the road only wish that he had what youve got . i wish that i could help you more but being a bahamain and having only been blessed with an 10 inch one i feel your pain i am the laughing stock of all in my island they playfully call little stick .while my older siblings are referd to as wood 1 ,wood 2 ext ext ext.

I think I understand your question only you misspelled penis. Pennies refers to coins - specially one cent.
Regardless, I assume you are referring to an erect penis at 5.4 inches? Well, there is nothing you can do to increase the size of your penis. The size you are given after full adult development is what you will have for the rest of your life. There is no reason why your penis needs to be larger. Just remember that when it comes to performance this should be your mantra: "It isn't the size of the sea but the motion of the ocean." Hence regardless of size, performance wise, a 5.4 inch penis is just as effective as a 9 inch penis.

if you mean your penis, you must make due with what nature gave you, there is no way to lengthen it without surgery, and then you run into all sorts of issues, (like it not working the way you want it to, or loss of sensation, so be careful what you ask for)

5.4 inches is average (not the 6 everybody claims.) Use it enought so that it doesn't atrophy, get rid of any gut and fat (you can lose over an inch of the base by a layer of fat). Shave around the top & sides.
