Rosa Mystica means "mystical rose" in Latin and is used as a reference to a vision of the Virgin Mary. There are several visions, so it's hard to know which specific one you are referring to.
Here is a famous one in Italy:

Rosa Mystica is a traditional title given to Mary, the mother of Jesus, specifically in reference to her giving birth. Isaiah makes a reference to a bud blooming from the stem of Jesse, and it is often tied to this.

The Rosa Mystica was the name chosen by a supposed apparition of the Virgin Mary in Italy in 1947. It is probably to this use of the term that you are referring. It has gathered quite a following, and it claims to be a continuation of the Fatima apparitions. The apparition of Rosa Mystica has never been approved by the Vatican, unlike that of Fatima. It is always a little controversial to follow an apparition when it hasn't received approval.
