How do I find out!!!?

How do I find out what the policies,proceddures,and/or the responsibilites of a SANE nurse"er" in my county?

Go to a general hospital and find out - if u mean a medical nurse they should know / if u know any nursing institution u can ask there

Don't fully understand your question, but try asking you doctor. Alternatively go to your nearest psychiatric hospital and ask them. You could always write them a letter.
