Yes. What is most important is not to repress them. What most people don`t know is that there is a difference between not expressing negative emotions and repressing them. Can you see it?
When one makes a habit of expressing negative emotions it becomes a habit, a terrible habit that leads to a whole lot of suffering, even if the person is really really nice inside. That is obviously not a great choice, is it?
Repressing them amounts to the same thing because when one makes a habit of repressing neg. emotions, one is actually expressing them inside. The brain doesn`t know the difference and in both of these cases sends the necessary hormonal messages to the necessary glands in order to proceed with the fight or flight mechanisms.
So what`s left? Well our thinking or intellectual faculty is too slow or we could watch them and somehow interfere with that process. Some people because of their type are able to do some of that but most cannot. There are just too many that fly in at once. Therefore, what can be done is to keep an eye open on how one feels (emotionally), and make a habit of feeling good. Hear a good joke? Milk it for all it`s worth. Find something enjoyable? Do more of it. In other words make the effort to enjoy things more. It is worth the extra time, and like I said before the brain doesn`t know the difference if you happen to have to fake it a bit. Before you know it you will be happier more often. Actually you will have developed the habit of being and feeling more joyful. This then leads to attracting happier people into your life and manifesting all your desires.
Step by step it gets better and better.
I sense that you are a winner. Enjoy !

There was a song out a few years ago that made me laugh that it was so true and one sentence in the song said "if you don't like your life, change your mind". It's all about mind control. There is a split second when the mind makes a decision and in that split second is when you can control your emotions. Anyone can change. Also, the food you eat can effect your moods...fats, chemicals, meats and sugar can make a person more aggressive. Have a wonderful day and find something to laugh about even if it's a fake laugh. Ha, Ha, Ha...works! It puts oxygen in the body.

To control your emotions only means to control your thoughts. Thoughts create emotions, as well as events in your life but it all comes down to your thoughts. Even if a negative event happens and produces feelings your thoughts can help control what you will feel. So try to think positive and slowly you will experience different emotions when you do this.

By realizing that everything is already under control so you don't need to worry about that. Well, I know this is easier said than done!0!

Okay, here's an idea: When you feel angry again, take a break and think(feel) as much as you can why you get like that, what is it that's bothering you, but keep it to yourself, get in a place where you can enhance your anger badly, and cry out loud, and just be really angry, and cry some more, really loud, but you gotta feel it, I mean, really feel it, you gotta be honest with yourself, I mean, who are you kidding, right!

You gotta keep the balance and remember my commandments!0!

1._ Don't give to others what you don't want for yourself.

2._ Give to others what they give you.

3. _ Take it easy(sense of humor).

4._ Focus(stay sharp).

5._ Keep it simple(but sometimes insist in complicating it).

6._ And never forget: If you cannot dazzle them, confuse them.

understand that thoughts are no longer a undertaking, they do no longer look to be an damaging feeling interior the human psyche. yet once you react to a concern based upon your thoughts many times that isn't mandatory to accomplish that, like a protection reaction or evade a existence-threatening situation, you will experience remorseful approximately later because of the fact you're a thinking individual, and the logical reaction became into there however the habit of letting emotion pass first must be controlled. I suggested "controlled" to no longer be eradicated or prevented. you decide on thoughts to be certain if something is actual useful or no longer, whether it calls for a while and power and to what element. yet purely understand that your man or woman reason and good judgment are nevertheless working and pause to enable those in first. thoughts can get you extra issues purely via their skill to be "felt" while an concept or plan isn't so stimulating. bear in mind, thoughts set off adrenalin or reason sedation interior of your physique and function varied 'pull.' yet for my section, i know my enormous thoughts yet have discovered to maintain them in reserve for extra desirable applications.
