On tests, I can type about 120wpm with 0 mistakes. On Yahoo! Answers, I can type about 100wpm and take the time to do 'spell check' unless I am 'totally sure' of the words I've written. It's not 'how fast you can type every key on your keyboard (which should go very fast, because all you must do is 'drag' your one finger across the keyboard), but how fast you can 'write' real words that have 'some meaning.'
