If I boycott them it will be because of the other question you brought up a couple of questions ago. I like to be entertained, but I think if we stopped praising these celebs like they were gods then things would indeed change. I have to admit it would be hard seeing as how I never have anything else to do but watch a movie or TV. It would take the majority of the population boycotting this to even make a dent. I feel like it's never going to happen so I'm not going to do it. If I see that lots of people are doing it as well then I will do my part, but lets face it...It's just not gonna happen unless by some miracle.

I have to disagree. As far as bad movies go, yeah, there are tons... but hopefully you sidestep those by reading up on a film before you go to it. People can be rude but you can avoid that too by waiting a couple of weekends before you see a movie, that way the crowd in your theater will be smaller. You can also avoid a lot of loud people by going to earlier show-times and matinees. It is true that the freaks come out at night. As far as the smell goes.... yeah, maybe it is worth it for you to drive to a newer theater in your area. The prices are lower for matinees too. There are just some films that need to be seen on the big screen. Choose wisely, suck it up and go. A big popcorn, a cold soda, a good movie... still a pretty fun way to forget about your troubles for a couple of hours! Good Luck.

i love the movie theater and the popcorn's amazing! but i totally agree about the price, although we're part of a big screens club at the movie theater we always go to, so the more we go, we get like free tickets, popcorn and pop, also if somone is loud in your theater, after the movie you can go and complain and get a free movie ticket to any movie

You are so right on. The very last movie I just went to, there were people there (naturally right in front of me) they just talked through out the movie. Couldn't believe it. And they are so dark inside, this poor lady took a tumble down the stairs. She was so embarrassed. I felt so bad for her.

The last movie I saw in a theater was Guarding Tess. It's far more enjoyable for me to watch something at home.

I'd much rather stay home and rent a movie. I can't stand the talkers. I agree with you, and I haven't been to the theater since "Saving Private Ryan."
