I mean like the traditional zombie... not like the villagers at the start...

sort of. there more of a mixture of both aliens and zombies combined which i think is more scary than just regular zombies.

No the developers deliberately kept them out of the game. As this was a reinvention of the series they wanted to get away from the Zombies so as to change the publics perception of "same old, same old" with the RE series. So no there are no zombies. The villagers can act like zombies but they are not. No undead in this game whatsoever. But that shouldn't stop you from playing it since it's one of the highest rated games out there. Seriously, ask anyone, it's well worth it. (Or check out gamerankings.com.) If you have a PS2 I think it's a greatest hits now too so it's only $20.00.

no, but it gets kinda boring with those zombies just "UHHH"ing through the whole game, so im glad they made the villagers (and since i know spanish i understand wht they are saying)
